Covid-19 Update
To ensure the safety of our employees and partners, we have implemented additional safety measures at our fulfillment centers, such as limiting the number of people working at any given time, practicing social distancing, overnight facility sanitization and use of protective equipment. For these reasons, orders may experience delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We are committed to delivering your orders as soon as possible, while still prioritizing the safety of our staff and partners.
Delivery & Processing
Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 1-3 business days to process and pack. For orders to the 48 contiguous states, shipping generally takes 3-5 business days. Shipping can take longer (roughly 6-8 business days) if you are outside the contiguous United States, i.e., Alaska and Hawaii, or 12-14 business days if you are in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. If your order is shipping to a PO Box, it typically takes 6-8 business days for delivery. For orders shipping to Canada, processing and shipping generally takes 5-7 business days.

Returns Policy, Cancelation, or Exchanges
We hope that you will be pleased with the Products you purchase using our Services. However, if for any reason you decide to return or exchange a Product that you purchased via our Services, you must notify Ruvia Beauty, and return the Product to us within thirty (30) days from the date such Product was purchased. Ruvia Beauty will not accept returns if they don’t meet the following requirements:
- The Product(s) are returned from the country where it was originally shipped by Ruvia Beauty; and
- The product has not been opened or used.

Our Online Support Team will be happy to assist you with eligible returns/exchanges and provide you with instructions and a shipping address. For eligible products, a free return label maybe be provided. If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. Only products purchased on RuviaBeauty.com may be returned. Please note that RuviaBeauty.com eGift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged. If you wish to cancel your order you must do so before the order has been shipped.
